(1) The commission may establish offices in the provinces and other places as specified as necessary for the work to be carried out by itself.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the office established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in subsection (2), the office established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall also bear the responsibilities assigned or assigned by the Commission.
